I was reading MedPage Today a short while ago and my eye was drawn to a link to an article in ProPublica, an organization described as a “nonprofit newsroom that investigates abuses of power”. The article was produced with the support of Vanity Fair, written by Katherine Eban (Vanity Fair) and Jeff Kao (ProPublica).

I find the article remarkable in that it agrees with the conclusion reached long ago by more than a few professionals credentialed in virology, immunology, biochemistry, epidemiology, biosecurity and biological weapons development – the SARS-CoV-2 virus was released to the world from the laboratories at the Wuhan Institute of Virology, however, it comes at the issue from a completely different direction.

The article highlights the work of linguist Toy Reid (MA, Harvard University) and his expertise at deciphering Chinese official speak, what he describes as the “secret language of Chinese officialdom”, a highly nuanced and indirect manner of communication used in Chinese administrative and governmental circles. Mr. Reid reached his conclusion by studying official and unofficial communications among and between Chinese government officials, administrators and the scientific community. Considering the nature of his analysis, the article made passing reference to the likelihood that the SARS-CoV-2 virus was the product of gain-of-function research, and no more than that. Mr. Reid’s conclusion is of great significance – the breaking of coded communications has been immensely useful and beneficial throughout history and is very helpful in guiding one’s response to what has been learned.

So, there is more evidence that SARS-CoV-2 was a genie released from its bottle, so to speak. Was it engineered? Gain-of-function origin is also a rational conclusion, based on evidence from a variety of sources, among them the U.S. Patent Office, where one can find a Moderna patent, filed in 2016 and granted in 2017, that details a specific nucleotide sequence that just happens to be identical to a nucleotide sequence in the SARS-CoV-2 spike protein at the furin cleavage site, the very one that makes it so infectious to humans. The years of the patent filing and grant are highlighted to call attention to the fact that the patent was filed and granted more than two years before the world’s troubles with SARS-CoV-2 began. Could it be a coincidence that the specific nucleotide sequence patented in 2017 by Stephan Bancel (current CEO of ModernaTX), et al, is identical to a supposed naturally evolved nucleotide sequence in the S protein of the SARS-CoV-2 virus, the very sequence that makes it so infectious to humans? The answer lies somewhere between ‘virtually impossible’ and ‘impossible’. This very question was addressed in a paper published in the journal Frontiers of Virology in February of this year. According to the authors, “Conventional biostatistical analysis indicates that the probability of this sequence randomly being present in a 30,000-nucleotide viral genome is 3.21 ×10−11”. Practically speaking, the probability is zero.

Stephan Bancel is very tightly woven into this story, much deeper than being the principal applicant of the patent mentioned above. An article titled “The French Connection“, written by John Leake (I’m quickly becoming a big fan), was recently posted on Dr. Peter McCollough’s substack page that brings home the depth of Bancel’s history with the current state of affairs. Prior to becoming the CEO of ModernaTX, Bancel was the CEO of bioMérieux, a French biotech company. This was the company that brokered the arrangement between France and China that resulted in the construction of the BSL-4 lab facility at the Wuhan Institute of Virology. Bancel, as CEO of bioMérieux, was heavily involved in the construction of the BSL-4 facility and was responsible for the training of the new facility’s staff. Later, Bancel established bioMérieux’s presence in the United States, opening a division in Cambridge, MA. The location of the divisional office may have been carefully planned or it may have been serendipity – Bancel left bioMérieux in 2011 to become CEO of a biotech startup named ModernaTX, also located in Cambridge, MA. Moderna, being one of the chosen players in the vaccine sweepstakes, has been very good to Bancel from a financial perspective. His equity position in the company, all by itself, has made him a billionaire. The deal with the lab in Wuhan, the training of the lab’s staff, the move to Moderna, the patent, the emergence of a virus whose nucleotide sequence that enhanced its infectious nature he patented a few years earlier, the resultant pandemic, Operation Warp Speed, vaccine mandates and oceans of federal money (that we had to print) later, here we are. Some guys are just lucky, I guess.

What does this ball of yarn have to do with our mission at Children of God for Life? I believe it is relevant because what we’ve seen is a grand assault on human dignity. Aborted children have been exploited to develop vaccines, vaccines that were forced upon us after great fear and anxiety were manufactured through the use of propaganda and much of the world’s population had liberty, freedom and individual autonomy brushed aside. The world economy is in shambles. People have suffered and continue to suffer social, medical and economic harm – irreparable harm, in many cases. We’ve learned through experience that the vaccines, the pharmaceutical miracles that were going to save us all, don’t work. We’ve seen the ugly side of human nature at every turn. Conceit, cowardice, greed, deceit, pride – all visiting harm on God’s children the world over. Deceit, the common element of it all, was made worse by cowardice in some instances. Many lied because they made mistakes and did not want to admit them, fearing they would be held to account. Maybe there are those whose deceit has been and continues to be intentional, they are not hiding from a mistake and the deceit is a means to an end. Cowardice gets shoved aside by greed, conceit and pride for these people. This is the difference between a mistake of enormous proportions and evil. The former will be forgiven if the trespassers are truly repentant, and the latter must be confronted and fought with resolve.
